I am a graphic designer who graduated in 2017 with a BFA from DePaul University’s School of Design. I was born in Argentina and moved to Chicago in 2010 to pursue my dream of studying in the US. There I met my husband and decided to stay. During my time at DePaul I played a key role in the AIGA student chapter.
I am very involved in the design community and currently serve as student representative for AIGA Chicago Women Lead Initiative which focuses on empowering women in the design industry. After my graduation I was awarded 2017 M.A.D Student Design Award granted to graduating students from AIGA Chicago-affiliated student groups. M.A.D. stands for motivation, attitude, and dedication, and this award is presented to one graduating student member from each student group who engenders those qualities.
Currently, I am working at Capital One as an Art Director in their Retail Partnerships department. I was previously working part time as a freelance designer at Lincoln Park Zoo and as a part time UX & graphic designer at Adjust Creative, a UX research studio.
